What Makes Eating Out Unhealthy
As much as possible, you want to eat whole-food, unprocessed, home-cooked meals.
Dining out at restaurants is not always a good idea because of the following reasons:
You do not know what kind of oil the restaurant is using. Other than the oils I have listed below, all other oils I do not consider to be healthy.
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
Organic Coconut Oil
Organic Avocado Oil
You do not know if the produce ingredients are organic.
You do not know if the meat protein is grass fed and hormone and antibiotic free.
You do not know if the seafood is contaminated or not.
By purchasing your own ingredients and cooking at home, you know exactly what you are putting into your body.
